Two Year Anniversary

Just this past week, Dinesh, Rekha, the didis, the children and the board celebrated the two-year anniversary of Sam's House with a Saturday picnic.

Though the weather was not favorable, everyone had an excellent time.

Just looking at these pictures, I can't believe how much the children have changed in such a short time.

Thanks to all our supporters who helped Sam's House see its second birthday.

Ramila Shresta--New House Supervisor

Dinesh has recently hired a new house supervisor, Ramila Shresta. She will oversee the didis and all the daily operations of the house.

Ramila lives in Pokhara and has a bachelor's degree from Tribhuvan University. She has previous work experience as a school teacher and hostel manager. Dinesh says she is very enthusiastic and a great observer.

Thanks to Dinesh, Rekha and the Nepali board who conducted a lengthy search to find a new house supervisor.
